Rosenlundsstugan is located in the Rosenlund area of Jönköping, just 3 km from the city centre. The cottage is beautifully located near the southern shore of Lake Vättern. Also close to Elmia (300 m walking distance), Rosenlundsbadet, and Husqvarna Garden. You are renting a fully self-contained cottage with a living room with a kitchen bench and a kitchenette, a toilet with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a sleeping loft with two single beds. Ahead of your arrival, the beds are made up according to the number of guests. Welcome to Rosenlundsstugan - modern cottage home in a familiar environment!

Loftstugan

The loft is located near a pond with the forest as a neighbor. Here, it is the tranquility, simplicity and back to basics that apply. The cabin has no water and drainage but is compensated by a sauna and swimming in your own pond 5 meters from the cabin. An outhouse is by the main building. In winter, you will find the cottage in a white fairytale landscape. We put in an extra element during the cold months, but it is above all the stove that heats the cabin. Enjoy a sauna, a crackling fire or a fire outside under a star-filled night sky

Guest house in the middle of nature!

Experience the harmony of a peaceful environment where nature is the focus. Wake up to birds singing and the babbling sound of the creek. If you want to enjoy the sauna with cold bath with relax and/or jacuzzi, there is at an extra cost. With the forest outside the door you are close to hiking trails with both moose and roe deer. Seek stillness on our spacious wooden deck overlooking the soothing creek. A place for recovery where you can let go of the everyday stress and replenish with new energy in a relaxing environment.

The Lakehouse

Being able to become one with nature in a magical environment is something special. Here you can relax and just enjoy! The building also has a terrace with table & chairs. The building was built in 2023 where building materials are locally produced, furniture & electronics are recycled to get as small a climate footprint as possible. Cozy cabin by the lake

Welcome to a fresh cottage in a fantastic nature with a rich environment. The cottage is 30 m2 and has a combined living room and kitchen. One bedroom and a sofa bed. When you look out, you have a view of the lake where you also have access to a boat for fishing and swimming. Don't be surprised if you see both moose and deer pass by the cottage. Ullared is only 40 minutes away and you will find a grocery store 20 minutes' drive from the cottage. In the area, there are a total of 3 cottages and we rent out two of these.

Loft Niva84 is perched on a cliff, 84 meters above Lake Vättern, just outside Jönköping. Built in 2016, the house features a modern design focused on function and selected details. Perfect for both business and leisure guests. Its strategic location between Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo makes it an ideal place to pause and recharge – both yourself and your EV (charging available). Here, you’re close to both city and nature, with excellent public transport and the lake at your feet.

50 - 100 meters from swimming and fishing lake, access to rowboat. In addition, access to a wood-fired sauna. You have to carry water to the cabin, about 40 meters. Outdoor summer shower. Combustion toilet in separate house directly adjacent to the cottage. Golf courses nearby. Ski resort about 20 km. Shops about 10 km. There are sheets and towels to rent, cost SEK 100 per occasion. Upon arrival after 9:00 pm, the guest may check in without the help of the landlord.

Dear guests. We follow Corona instructions regarding cleaning. The lake is also very clean.. a rowingboot is available,. Other supplies, Gardenfurniture, a little grill, big grassarea for soccer etc.. own entrance , parking in front of house. Area around is very quiet. Pls mail for further information A new sauna is ready to be used by the lake. A minor cost extra if wanted. . Negotiable... Värnamo city is 6 km away.

Close to forest with many trails for hiking, running and cycling. 5 beds. 1 double bed (180 cm), a single bed (90 cm) and a sofa bed for (160 cm) 2 people. Fully-equipped kitchen, as well as bathroom with shower and washing machine.

Public transport into Växjö city center is close, bus stop with limited departures only 200 meters from the cottage. Bus stop with regular departures about 20 minutes walk from the cottage in a beautiful rural environment on a paved bike path.
