The accommodation was perfect, I went with my family to spend New Year's Eve, it has everything you might need, also in the pool area it has a barbecue area that you can use, a closed villa with speakers and bar area (without drinks, it is completely empty, obviously you have to bring your own things and you have the option to prepare the drinks there) very cool in general, close to the beach, and a very beautiful view of the sea. The host is very helpful and attentive. 10/10

High Comfort. Beach House: Modern and Luxury Apartment

I had a very early morning flight from Santo Domingo. I wanted to stay close to the airport and a beach where I can swim. I do not like Boco Chica. It is not my type of area and heard stories about the city. Juan Dolio came to my mind. Juan Dolio is new area for me in Dominican Republic and I really loved it. The pictures about the unit is accurate. The unit is very close to several restaurants that you can go by walk. Juan Dolio appears to be safe area even in the night. Jose was exceptional host. Responded within 20 minutes and willing to help. Jose even offered to take me to the airport at 2:00 am. Thanking him for that. Water and Ice was in the unit. You have to bring everything else. Very good utensils for cooking. I dent like teflon. The unit had several stainless utensils for my cooking needs. The unit is located in Costa Del Sol condominiums. They do have Gym in the Condo. Gym could be improved but works.

Our flight was overtaken and we arrived in RD at 1:30am Kirssy stayed awake to wait for us and have a place to rest after the flight It was the only place they helped us, all the other places nearby told us they didn't receive us at that time I don't know what we would have done without her, I'm deeply grateful ❤️

I just wanted to say this is my second and definitely not my last time staying at Jamesberd's Airbnb. Your communication is absolutely 5 stars, the home is 5 stars, and your overall service is a solid 10 stars! The pictures online are exactly what guests can expect in person no surprises, just a beautiful and comfortable stay. If anyone is planning to visit Boca Chica, this is the place to stay. I’m extremely happy with everything, thank you again for your hospitality and great service! Jamesberd....

Jose is great host and also hooked us up with a driver that was at our disposal 24/7 (seperate price but worth it if it's your first time). place is great for a large group and very private and secure. Some of the rooms are very large and spacious. kitchen was good enough to cook a large meal for everyone. Location is a ways out from the city but with a driver that wasn't a problem. Checked in daily to see if we needed toiletries and clean towels. Great place to lounge around all day. Pool was clean and had a loud bluetooth speaker so we can "party". shout out to Daniel, our driver, who took real good care of us and showed us all the tips and tricks. would definitely recommend for that guys trip. wifi can use some upgrades but it wasn't a huge issue when you're having fun. no regrets.
