This is a beautiful fully furnished and fully stocked 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condominium located on the first level. We are also listing the upper level condominium called “SULTAN”. Details of that listing can be found in this link: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/23485549?s=67&shared_item_type=1&virality_entry_point=1&sharer_id=170934314 Located in Nopoló, just 5 miles South of the Loreto International Airport (LTO), perfect if you want to avoid the main town. Amazingly quiet and safe area.
“You can expect a well appointed home both functionally and aesthetically. The common areas are very nice and separated enough that you have plenty of privacy if you want. The pool is beautiful, but the weather was too cool for swimming in the ocean or pool in January and early February. (I did snorkel one day, though.) The complex is in a very quiet area with not a lot of homes, so it is peaceful most all the time. The Nopolo/Loreto Bay area is clean, landscaped, and patrolled. I felt safe being there on my own both at Ana's place and in the neighborhood. A stretch of beach with very few people (because it is farther away from the bigger Loreto Bay development and the town of Loreto itself) is about a 5 minute walk away. Sunrises there are beautiful over the Sea of Cortez and the nearby islands. There is also a lightly used boat ramp there. There are bicycles to use to get over to Loreto Bay for the restaurants and small shops. There are no stores in the Nopolo neighborhood itself, but Loreto Bay is only a mile or so away. The town of Loreto is a few miles away on the highway. Not biking distance for me on a cruiser bike. I would recommend having a vehicle if you want to get to town for a larger selection of groceries, more shopping, restaurants and then farther afield for more sight seeing. There is a farmer selling organic vegetables weekday mornings in Loreto Bay. Look for James at the green Aqua Vide building on one of the corners. There is also a farmer's market on Wednesday mornings and in addition to vegetables, fruits, and olives, you can buy locally made goods (sweets, rellenos, tamales, salsas, and more) , as well as locally made cheese and free range chicken. I was there for over 25 days and was sad to leave. Carlos was very responsive to my requests and I liked to dogs a lot too.”
“We loved the place, a few meters from the pool. Super comfortable What we loved most was privacy, the tranquility that can be enjoyed having everything within reach. We will definitely go back. Many thanks to the attentive hosts Doug and Jesus. The condo was spotlessly clean, with all the amenities, we are delighted.”
Comfortable and spacious adobe house that covers all the needs for a peaceful stay in Loreto B.C.S. It is one of the few properties that have their own pool for the guests and a few blocks from the beach. Cómoda y amplia casa de adobe que cubre todas las necesidades para una estancia tranquila en Loreto. De las pocas propiedades que cuentan con alberca propia, y a un par de cuadras de la playa.
“My family and I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home during our time in Loreto! Claudia communicated with us throughout the check-in and check-out process and even helped set us up with a panga the next morning to the isla! This one-story home is large and has all the amenities our family needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully-functional kitchen, washer/dryer, a pool, and even extra beach towels we were able to take to the beach with us! We would definitely stay here again the next time we take a trip to Loreto!”
