Our charming and sun-drenched house offers everything you need for your vacation. Modern ambiance meets old building charm - with 3 floors on 140 square meters! The 2nd floor offers space for the whole family - with a large living room, a dining table for 4 people and an open kitchen! On the 2nd floor is the bedroom overlooking the stream - as well as 2 shower rooms (with washing machine). On the top floor, a sitting area, a double bed and a desk are at your disposal. Welcome!

We are happy that you are interested in our beautiful 68 m² apartment. The apartment is very central, so you can reach the city center on foot in 15 minutes. Nearby is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can walk around in about 2-2.5 hours with a nice walk in nature. Our house is situated in a quiet, brick-lined timber quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the town centre. You will have your own toilet, sink and shower. You can have bicycles for nice tours around Wismar and in the summer, we will provide a small, sunny garden lounge!:-)
