My place is approximately 300 meters from the beach and the river, 100 meters from the supermarket, pharmacy, near restaurants, bakery, marinas and yacht club. Integrated internal, external and garden area. It has leisure equipment (two bikes, parasol, beach chairs etc), barbecue and cooking utensils. Bring only your bed linen and towels. Air conditioning in the double bedroom and fans in the whole house. Great for couples, families with kids and pets. Large garden, land of 400 m2.

We chose to charge per person/night (from 2 people) but on dates such as Christmas/New Year's Eve/Carnival the number of people and price are differentiated. Children up to 5 years old stay free. We have Wi-Fi.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing. The place has a delicious energy to rest and contemplate the stunning view of the sea and Ilhabela, which is in front of us. It's a unique paradise! Namaste We accept 1 pet per stay (up to 20 kg).
