This place is beautiful and we felt right at home. Prabhakan Sir was very responsible and he helped us with information and kept in touch until we reached the place. The house was clean and spacious, kids had a great time playing in the front and back yards. Another highlight of our stay was Shakeela, the caretaker. She was always on her toes to help us and she cooked amazing food for us and accommodated our requests. Overall this stay elevated our trip to Ooty experience to another level. I highly recommend this place and we will also visit again.

It was absolutely fantastic to stay in the house. It was like the pictures shown in the site and was provided with a full equiped kitchen. The three rooms were quite large with spotless linen and two clean washrooms. The view was very serene and provided with a sense of peace. The owners were very polite,hospitable and very cooperative, to say the least. Overally,it was a very fulfilling stay.

Stayed here for two nights and had an amazing experience! Stephen and Anupa are wonderful hosts — their hospitality and warmth made our stay truly special. The accommodation was spotless and offered a stunning view. The sunrise is absolutely breathtaking! We had a wonderful time as a family, filled with laughter and great conversations with the hosts. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and memorable getaway :)

Great place, very serene and secluded. Lots of thing to do at the airbnb it self and also in close proximity. Both the caretaker and the chef were amazing people and made our stay as comfortable as possible. Definitely going to visit again!

We had an amazing stay! The place is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by lush greenery, which made it feel like a true getaway. One of the highlights was the waterfall just a short walk away. Rishal, the host, was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. On-site, Linshal took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable at all times. He was incredibly accommodating and helped with everything we needed. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for nature, relaxation, and great hospitality!

I am speechless by the hospitality of host Deepa and caretaker cum cook Mr Ranjan. More than place i liked the people. It was home away from home experience. Place is nice, neat and clean, property is good and worth staying. We had a good time in property. Campfire experience was delightful. Mr Ranjan surprises you in every possible way. From arranging snacks in campfire to ensuring your day is full of sumptuous authentic homemade Kerala cuisine. They also packed food for our way back home. They also customised food for kids. Stayed in touch till we reached home safely. What an amazing hospitality. Deepa was available all the time from meeting our last minute requirement to guiding us the places to visit. You can ask for help and they try their best to accommodate it . So far i have stayed in many Airbnbs but will give 10 out of 10 to this place and host. We were group of 10 and everyone had their own request. To my surprise they fulfilled all . Fell in love with the place.

Loved this place! It never felt like an Airbnb place. We felt right at home as soon as we stepped in. It is an airy, spacious and beautiful house with all the amenities listed. The host is proactive and super responsive, and always attended to our requests. The locality is peaceful and we didn't face any issues. Would love to be back here again in the future :)

Fantastic location made with a lot of care and consideration with an absolutely gorgeous view of a beautiful and well maintained and heated pool. The house comes with staff that were also wonderful with the service they provided. It felt like our own little private resort. Absolutely stunning of a getaway. A word of caution though for people with young children or wheelchairs - it can be tricky to get around as there are many stairs. The stairs in and around the pool can be unsafe for little kids. We enjoyed it nonetheless. It’s a wonderful place otherwise and absolutely recommend it.

Great stay for a group of 10-12 people. Super service by Karan and team throughout. Food was great as well. The rooms are uniquely designed, spacious and comfortable. Overall we were super happy with the stay and would strongly recommend for office outings or family / friend gatherings.

The place is exactly as seen in the photos, nothing is amiss. Great location, very peaceful and lots of open spaces. We had few kids, they enjoyed the space and the unintruded space. The food was tasty and exactly as we required. Ganesh is a very friendly host and has supporting staff who are as friendly and supportive. The place is very nice made and has a very beautiful garden with lovely flowers. Ganesh has gone lengths to ensure the place is very well arranged and clean. He made sure we felt very comfortable and cozy. Definitely going to visit many more times!!

The place is surrounded by tall trees and greenery all around that it provides full isolation from the outside world. It has 5 spacious rooms and and attic bedroom. The balconies are big and provide ample space for folks who love outdoor seating. It is easily accessible by road . Host Ajith was very courteous and provided us with all help during our stay there. highly recommend this place to anyone who is visiting Wayanad. Kiran is an amazing host with very kind helpers. They live in the vicinity and are very responsive to your needs and requirements. The pool and the outdoor area is the highlight of this property. The pool was very clean and good size. Additional points for the pool being private, for those looking for it, this is absolutely private. The overall ambience of the outdoor area is really nice. Lot of activities outside the pool area. We stayed for a day, but it would be a lot more fun to stay more. The rooms are decent size and clean. Overall, I think this property is gold. And totally worth it. You will not be disappointed.

This is a private mansion for large group. It’s family frendly place, the host Jiyo who is a ex service man took really good care of us. Nice place , clean, clean pool. I would highly recommend for people with large groups.

A beautiful pristine villa that's stunning and looks just like the pictures. I recommend staying at this place as it is the absolute best in and around Kozhikode/wayanad surroundings. This is a luxurious stay thats well maintained and has a spacious bedroom, the highlight apart from the stay is the pool that is for both adults and kids. The owner has paid great attention in maintaing and keeping the villa safe, the gates are automated (open &close) that can only be operated by the guests/owners to ensure there are no trespasses, the door have digital number locks, even watering the plants/garden is automated which is super cool. Mr Sanesh the caretaker is a gem and creates a personal atmosphere, he makes sure we are absolutely comfortable and provides key details to make our stay safe and enjoyable as possible , he even goes above and beyond his work by taking us to nearby places for our requirement. I must say I'm truly happy and will book this place again in future.

It has a very spacious bedroom, a large and cozy bed, an open kitchenette, an en suite bathroom with hot water 24*7, spacious wardrobe, ample seating area and a swing right outside the villa to relax. The building's design is thoughtfully executed with great taste and care in all aspects. The breakfast is very appetizing, delicious, and more than enough to eat. The cook on-site prepares incredible lunch and dinner options according to your preference. Simple is an exceptional hostess and truly one of her kind. She is very friendly, helpful, highly interactive, with a sole aim of delighting customers.

Dileep & Amal were great right from the time we stepped into the resort. We had asked Dileep to make dhal kichidi (which to many of us sounds simple). He had never made it, he searched the recipe on Google and made it for us. This is called true customer service and being vegetarians, we loved the food that he made and we spent all the time inside the resort relaxing. Shyam called us one day before and made sure he sent the contacts of his team in the resort.

We stayed at this property in Kappad for two days with family and really enjoyed the beachfront location—it was right in front of the sea, which made for a great setting. The upper room was spacious and had a lovely view, while the lower rooms were a bit smaller but comfortable. The pool and common areas were well-maintained, and the breakfast served was quite nice. The hosts were responsive and helpful with all our queries. Although the price felt slightly high for the facilities offered, we were overall satisfied with the experience. Would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful beachside stay.
