Wir waren rundum begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert, und die Unterkunft war ausgesprochen komfortabel – ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen. Besonders gefreut hat uns das hauseigene Fitnessstudio, das es uns ermöglichte, unser Trainingsprogramm wie gewohnt fortzusetzen. Für uns war das ein entscheidender Pluspunkt und mit ein Grund, warum wir diese Wohnung gewählt haben. Die Vermieter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar – man fühlt sich einfach willkommen. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! Herzliche Grüße Familie M.

Çok güzel bir konaklama oldu ilgi alaka çok güzeldi evin kendiside çok temiz ve güzeldi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

öncelikle ev sahibi her soruya kısa süre içerisinde yanıt verdi ve çok yardımcı oldu. biz aile olarak 5gün kaldık, çok memnun kaldık. temizlik konusunda tabii ki de kendi evin gibi değildi ama temizdi ve bunun da normal olduğunu düşünüyoruz. banyo ve tuvalet hakkında şikayetler okudum. koku yoktu ama tıkanıklık yapan borular mevcuttu. 1dkdan daha az süre beklediğinizde su zaten gidiyordu bu kadar abartılacak bir problem olduğunu düşünmüyoruz. çamaşır makinesi, buzdolabı, bulaşık makinesi de vardı ve uzun süreli misafirliklerde çok büyük bir konfor olduğunu düşünüyoruz. evdeki eşyalar da 5 kişiye yetebilecek şekildeydi. eşya konusunda da problem yaşamadık. otopark da büyük arabaya sahip acemi bir şoförün girebileceği bir otopark değildi ama biz girebildik. güvenlik konusunda hiçbir şüphemiz yoktu. evin konumu güzeldi ve her yere rahatça ulaşım sağlayabiliyordunuz. kısacası biz çok memnun kaldık, gözardı edilebilecek problemler her yerde mevcut. gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederz

First and foremost, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Gökhan and his wonderful team for hosting my parents during their stay in Istanbul. As people from Africa, my parents had never visited the city before, and they were absolutely delighted with their experience. They spent 9 unforgettable nights in this beautiful city, and I can honestly say that the warm hospitality and attention to detail they received made all the difference. They rated the residence 9/10, and it's no surprise to me. From the moment they arrived, Gökhan and his team made them feel welcomed and cared for. Every single request was met with promptness, and it was clear that the hosts went above and beyond to ensure their comfort. My parents, who had specific needs during their stay, were amazed by how the team provided everything in a timely and thoughtful manner. Whether it was helping them navigate the city or delivering extra amenities, Gökhan and his team were there to ensure everything was just right.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber, mit einem bezaubernden Blick auf die Stadt, besonders beim Sonnen- untergang und aufgang. Pass auf dass das Angebot am besten mit einem eignen Auto zu nutzen sein sollte. Die Tiefgarage ist eine gute Option besonders in Istanbul.

My family and I felt right at home. The home had all the basic amenities and Sinan was helpful and supportive to meeting our needs. The home is well furnished, clean, and has enough beds to accommodate a good number of persons. I would recommend this home to anyone traveling with family and interested in having a non-conventional stay away from hotels and the typical touristy areas. This area is more residential—at least it seemed—so you get a taste of both while exploring the beautiful and vibrant city of Istanbul. It is easy to get around, since everything is an uber ride away. Would definitely recommend! ☺️

The apartment is located in a nice building with an amazing city view. It was clean and exactly like the photos. I would definitely come back if I go to Istanbul again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Kağıthane, Istanbul! The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul and would love to come back in the future!

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Istanbul. Die Wohnung ist gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Metro-U-Bahn) zu erreichen. Ausflugsziele ebenso. Geschäfte für den täglichen Einkauf kann man gut zu Fuss erreichen. Die Wohnung war sauber und das Bett bequem. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war ausgezeichnet. Wir würden dort wieder übernachten.

这是一套非常舒适、宽敞、干净的整套公寓，非常适合家庭或多人同行。我们共7人入住，3间卧室配备5张床和3个卫生间，空间充裕，不会有拥挤感。 房源设施齐全：配有智能电视、Netflix、空调、无线网络、设备齐全的厨房、豪华家具，以及免费的室内停车位。公寓布置得很有品位，客厅和餐厅的采光很好，入住期间感觉像在自己家里一样温馨。 地理位置也非常方便，步行即可到达地铁、巴士等公共交通，周边有超市、商场和餐厅。房源靠近多家大型医院以及购物中心，去市中心和景点也很方便。 房东 Yildirim 是一位非常热情的“超赞房东”，沟通及时、入住退房流程清晰，让我们的入住体验非常顺利。 非常推荐这套房子给来伊斯坦布尔旅行的朋友们！

Fikir tepedeki residencelardan biri manzarası harika kocaman bir terası var ev çok kullanışlı ve büyük ve temizdi araçsız gelmiştik biraz metrodan yürüdük sadece ama taksiyle daha kolay. Sıcak atmosferi olan havadar bir ev sadece bazı bakımsız tamire ihtiyaç duyulan bina sıkıntıları var herşey harikaydı teşekkürler

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Der Gastgeber war sehr Freundlich immer erreichbar und wenn man Hilfe brauchte direkt gekümmert.Super Gastgeber,immer wieder gerne komme ich zurück..Es war alles da was man im Täglichen Leben brauchte.Vielen Lieben Dank für die yzeit und Hilfe.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Le logement était parfait; beau, très bien équipé, et calme car donnant sur un jardin. Il est idéalement situé, à 5mn de la tour Galata et 5 mn de la ligne de tramway allant directement dans le centre d'Istanbul. L'entrée dans l'appartement est des plus facile grâce au gardien à l'entrée ( à toute heure) Une location que nous recommandons!

Wir waren mit dem Service im Haus sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles sonst in Ordnung. Der Balkon war nicht ohne Schlappen nutzbar. Sehr schmutzig leider. Weiße Socken tragen ging in der Wohnung leider nicht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen nur mit der Voraussetzung das die Wohnung beim hinsehen vor Ort auch gründlich sauber ist. Vielen Dank.
