Vacation rentals with a patio in Kağıthane

The location is close to the metro, but you need to climb a 200-step staircase, of course, it's not related to the host, but those who come should know this. Kitchen utensils as in the photos of the house are quite sufficient. The balcony is spacious, we are satisfied.

The apartment is just like the pictures,big and spacious, it's clean,the owner was responsive, it's a quiet neighborhood.

Check in went well. Very good location of the apartment, easy to find and close to bus stops and metro. You can walk to Istiklal Street and Galata Tower. A lot of pharmacies, cafes, shops with clothes, etc., everything is within a walking distance. The apartment corresponds to the description, has everything you need. The host is responsive, we had an early flight and were let into the apartment much earlier than the specified time. Good option for a large group

Hi, Eight of ua friends had booked this place for our overnight stay in Istanbul. Turned out to be an excellent stay in a wonderful neighbourhood. Really spacious and high spec flat in pristine condition. Great connectivity and special mention for the nearby cafe serving amazing food with genuine warmth. Thanks to Salih and team, we had a truly warm welcome into Turkiye and set the tone for the rest of our trip. Highly recommended. Cheets!!

The terrace was really pleasant, it was very nice to sit in the evenings. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The fact that it's in a quiet area is a plus.

Great flat with a great host. We had some minor issues but Drew is always available and does everything to ensure a perfect vacation. He solved everything and answered every question we had about Istanbul. I can 100% recommend him and Alma Management, you will be in great hands :)

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

Beautiful house. Really nicely done for comfort and quality. Really welcoming and very helpful host. The lounge is a little cosy for more than three people, but we (four) made it work well enough and there's plenty of space otherwise. Some lovely shops just down the road, very easy to pop out to buy breakfast etc. Just a few minutes walk from Tram 5, which goes to the Spice market. Very firm beds which we liked, lots of little extra touches, such as slippers, exfoliating pads, napkins, bottled water. Made it feel quite lux! Loved it - would definitely go back!

Can and Jacki are great hosts! They helped plan airport transfers for our group to and from the Airbnb. They also provided us with many recommendations in the local area. The location of the place was amazing! Very close to public transit to get to the Old City and many nice stores within walking distance. I highly recommend staying here!

Great view and squeaky clean house. The host was very responsive and helpful as well. Pets allowed which is great. Clean towels, water, turkish coffee & chocolate, shampoo & shower gel, trash bag, dishwashing liquid and detergent were provided, the spacious shower and bed were really comfortable. Thanks Can!

We chose this home for its great reviews, beautiful style, and central location — and it truly exceeded our expectations. Ms. Ümmihan greeted us warmly at the door, the house was already heated and cozy, and she gave us a short tour that made settling in so easy. The entire place was spotless — no odors or stains, and the bed linens were perfectly clean. I’m quite sensitive, but I felt completely comfortable and slept like it was my own bed. The host and her assistant were incredibly kind and always available. The house is just a 5–10 minute walk from Ortaköy and the Bosphorus, yet it's on a quiet dead-end street with no traffic. A perfect stay — highly recommended!

I'd book this place again in a heartbeat. Moussaab was very responsive and accommodating, and always helpful. The place itself was kept clean and with all the amenities you'd need - water, towels, bed linen, tea/coffee, a stove, etc. The only thing I'd change about this place is the size of the bathrooms - they're tiny. Apart from that, it's a great place! As others have pointed out, the incline might be a challenge for some but it is just about 20 minutes away from Taksim Square, the metro, etc. Really good location if you'd like to explore the sights on both sides of Istanbul. Moussaab also had some really good recommendations for food so I'd highly suggest asking him for those. All in all, I'd look to book this place if I'm ever in Istanbul again.

Apartment is located very close to galata tower. The location is perfect with sunset view from the roof. Lots of restaurants, cafe and bars around. Apartment is located on4th floor and building doesn’t have elevator so a good source of workout. Warm, quiet space with loads of windows. I felt at home. Fully equipped with amenities.

Hands-down, one of the best places I’ve stayed with Airbnb. It was spacious and cozy at the same time. Perfect for a couple or you can be together but also have your own space. Huge bathroom that felt like a wine cave. And fantastic location, short walk to Galata tower, restaurants and the T1

If we are to stay in that area again, we would prefer Mr. Celal's house without hesitation again. The house is as it appears in the photos, and Mr. Celal was very helpful with both check-in and check-out, he was always very interested. The fact that it had parking was the biggest advantage. Yes, the slope it is located is steep, but it is definitely worth it because it is within walking distance to Taksim Square and the bus station.

Benny's apartment is a haven of peace close to the famous Istikal Avenue. The accommodation is very well kept, very spacious and corresponds in every way to the photos. Many thanks to Benny for hosting us and for his kindness! We recommend!
