Great place to stay! The bed was so comfortable! There were little touches/ upgrades all around the house, that are very thoughtful and accommodating! Would recommend.

This house has everything you need. Beautiful, historic home with modern updates. Comfortable beds, sheets, nice quality towels. Loved the dining room table and patio table on upper deck. These were great for eating together and playing games. Loved everything about this location.

Nice place to stay !!!!

Very clean and spacious. It is new. Only been built couple years. Our family of six stayed, with four children, loved the layout of the house. There is lots of parking for trailer. The host, Kimberly, is very friendly and great, quick to communicate. We have stayed at a few airbnb's and she is the best. We highly recommend this place to anyone, from a single person to big family. Absolutely 💯 would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Matt's place. Matt came and met us, talked and got to know us like good friends. The home is secluded just like we had hoped and very easy to find. Plenty of beds for our group to rest. We were able to see wild deer roam and drink from the pond. If we ever need to be back in the area, this would be our choice again.

This mother-in-law suite was very easy to find. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and we felt very safe staying there. The beds, furniture, and surroundings are comfortable and clean and the rustic decor is as cute as can be. The suite is more spacious than it appears from the outside. The living area, kitchen, laundry and bath are all on the main level and the two bedrooms are upstairs separated by a landing featuring a sitting area. We are all fairly tall and had to duck at one point on steps to the loft but it really wasn't a problem (the decor features lots of ducks, too). Our hosts were friendly and helpful, too. We were a little confused by the hot water instructions we were given and reached out for clarification. They responded promptly and even came over to give us a little demonstration. There's a little trick to "waking up" the tankless water heater but it works great and we had plenty of hot water.

Awesome place! Seemed freshly renovated. The host was super helpful and responded to questions quickly. 10/10. We will be back

Lamar was a great host! Awesome place to stay if you want to connect with the outdoors. Highly recommend.
