Lovely place to stay. Very well equipped. Great for family group of 3 generations. Great views from all rooms and always something happening on estuary. Pool table, spa , pizza oven and kayaks provided great variety of options. Highly recommend

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

Sarah’s home sits in a stunning location. When you walk in the view of the ocean and the bay by Palm Beach and the sailboats against the shimmering water and huge sky is just unforgettable. The house is big and comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The salt water pool is the perfect temperature and the hot tub is hot and warms you up after swimming. The walking track is right in front of the house. It’s on a steep drive but it’s centrally located on Waiheke and easy enough to get everywhere. We really enjoyed our stay. Eigentlich wollte ich „nur“ 4 Sterne geben - leider haben am Anfang die Außenbäder nicht funktioniert, es waren ein paar Schäden vorhanden (z.B. lockere Badezimmerarmaturen) und am Boden lagen ein paar tote Insekten, in den Ecken nicht wenige Spinnweben und der Grill funktionierte nicht richtig (Anzünder defekt). Die zwei Feuerzeuge waren beide leer bzw. defekt. Allerdings hat sich Ricky so gut wie möglich darum gekümmert - es kam jemand und hat die Bäder repariert (die Batterie des Durchlauferhitzers war leer) und ein neues Feuerzeug für den Grill gebracht. Außerdem ist das Haus halt schon sehr geil. Die Aussicht ist der Hammer und die Garage hat auch mehrere nette Spielmöglichkeiten. Unserer 2,5 jährigen Tochter hat es super gefallen. Die Küche war an sich sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das entschädigt dann für die zuerst genannten Kleinigkeiten 👍🏻

This place is amazing and beautiful. The house is very well maintained and as it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and big and nice, hot tub was also great. The house is very spacious and has a great speaker system. Check in was easy and you truly have the entire estate to yourself. My only negative feedback was on the golf course. I booked this place so I could play golf and the course is unplayable. Still had fun hitting balls around but it’s not been well maintained. Also, the bbq wasn’t clean enough to cook on. Everything else was great.

I cannot say enough about how beautiful Gill's home is. The surroundings are so beautiful, short drive into town where you can find everything your looking for. Gill is such a wonderful and kind host, if you have a chance to visit her home, you will not be disappointed. Thank you for making my son's wedding so special, so lucky to have met such a amazing woman.

The house is situated on top of a hill with a breathtaking view. Our families of 10 adults and 4 children spent four nights at the lodge. The house is like maze. Plenty of space for everyone. It's clean, fresh linen and towels and reliable wifi. The kitchen is very well equipped to cater for large groups. The outdoor BBQ and pizza oven were a bonus. Plenty of things for the kids too i.e. trampoline, table tennis, throwing darts and toys. Great communication from the host Daniel. He sent clear and easy to follow instructions a few days before our arrival. We want to go back again and would definitely recommend this place.

The cottage is beautiful, private & serene. The landscaping, views and indoor and outdoor furnishings complement the look and feel and you can’t help but appreciate the space and the environment. It’s clean, the kitchen is modern and equipped with everything you need. There are shops only a few mins drive up the road but you really do think and feel like you are secluded from hustle and bustle. I highly recommend this place to a couple looking for a private getaway or someone looking to unwind. Thank you Nicky and family

Thank You Daisy for an amazing stay, and making my husbands surprise 50th Birthday a huge success. The home is gorgeous and amenities were fantastic. Daisy was so helpful and accommodating to my requests to make the day go smoothly. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking again for Family functions.

This house is absolutely stunning. It sits on a private beach with magnificent sea views and a big deck looking out over the ocean. It’s surrounded by native bush, loads of birds and a feeling of privacy & serenity. The ocean-facing doors and windows all open up so it has a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow. There’s a lovely hot tub with a sea view too! Downstairs, there are the living spaces and upstairs, the bedrooms. The bedrooms are lovely - three large rooms with double (maybe queen or king??) beds, as well as two ‘kids rooms’ with twin beds and/or bunks. Two of the larger double rooms have private balconies & ensuites. It’s a beautiful & delightful house. Very well appointed. Perfect for a larger group, close to Matakana, Omaha and all of the lovely things to do there. We’ll be back! We had a fabulous stay at Pinki’s cabin! The sunsets were AMAZING and the tranquility of the location something special. Great place from which to explore Karekare and piha as well as just relax on the deck. The cabin was perfectly set up for 2 people. Outdoor shower a real plus too. Only thing I would do differently next time would be to bring some mosquito coils and/or plug-in diffuser to help keep the bugs out of the cabin in the evening. And, if the weather is forecasted to be warm overnight, an electric fan. We would highly recommend Pinki’s place for your next stay!

Great stay and not too far from mangawhai. The spa is a nice touch and the interior has that classic nz-bach aesthetic whilst still feeling modern. The kitchen is well-stocked for utensils and would comfortably fit four guests. There is a private dining cabin for up to 12 people on site that should be available soon. It will have an in house chef and would be a unique experience for those wanting to host a special dinner

This honestly has been my very best BnB experience. Stunning location, beautifully positioned, warm cozy accommodation, great outdoor area and incredible views. Hosts were like friends I’d not met before. They showed and detailed the area from a locals perspective. So tentative and genuine. I’ll definitely be returning…

Peaceful and private cabin with a lovely bath with great views. Very clean. Great for a night away. The cute chickens were a bonus! Warm for the cold nights.

We enjoyed the stay very much w the serene private backyard & outdoor bath. Great access to the township & local pub just a stroll out the backgate! Highly recommend!

Idyllic little setting, beautiful place surrounded by nature. Walk into onetangi or up and along the footpath to the Heke, Postage Stamp and Tanatalus. Hut was perfect, loved the climb up to the bed and window looking out into the trees. Hot tub was such a treat, and there’s a gas bbq. Everything you need, would highly recommend! Hosts were communicative, really accommodating and flexible.
