Die Küchenzeile ist in eine Schrankwand integriert und verschwindet hinter den Türen, dennoch ist sie voll ausgestattet. Versteckt im Raumteiler befindet sich ein Arbeitsplatz inklusive Mac Mini M2, 27" Apple Monitor.

Within walking distance through a beautiful park, you can reach Königsallee in 10 minutes, or in the other direction, the modern media harbor. The hip Lorettostraße, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars are right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes.

The high ceilings and the coverage of the trees in front of the house ensure a pleasant climate in hot summers. From the kitchen and living room you can reach a balcony.
