It offers all the comforts of a luxury villa. 5 minutes by car to Ayayorgi Beach Clubs 2 minutes to downtown Çeşme Alaçatı is 15 minutes from the city centre. There is exercise equipment and a jacuzzi in my house. The windows overlooking the pool offer you the opportunity to take beautiful photos.
