Traditional Villa 4 or 5 bedroom price option

Price includes service fee's. Traditional Cypriot 4/5 bedroom Villa, spacious gardens and large pool. Sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, (2 with en-suite,) also we have a 4 bed family bedroom. This is suitable for 2 adults and 2 young children that require nightly supervision only. In addition to the 4 bedrooms is a ground floor double bedroom en-suite with its own veranda. This can be made available if required, please give prior notice before booking. This is charged at additional £36 per night.

Our villa is in Lapta, one of the most beautiful areas of Northern Cyprus, in a quiet and private location in the middle of the mountains and the sea, very close to the main road. It is a 5-minute walk to the sea and a 25-minute drive to the city center of Kyrenia. There is a 5x10 private swimming pool, active Wi-Fi (speed: 20 Mbps), and a TV... Our reservation prices include electricity, water usage, garden maintenance, pool cleaning, and cleaning fees. No additional fees are requested.
