Rent our newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4 rooms with sauna in peaceful environment. High standard with unique options, floor heating and a hard to beat cozy factor that really gives it the cabin feel you want when you go to the mountains. Basically ski in/ ski out with only one walk of 100 meters to the ski slopes of Tegefjäll / Duved (included in Åres lift system). 300 meters in the other direction you will find the restaurant, mini life and the ski bus into Åre (open during ski season). Newly-built cottage by the foot of the mountain with Ski-In

Maxa ski holiday in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. This is where you avoid the crowds inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes where you come up by the children's hill + the lift to Tegefjäll's ski area. When you go home from the hill, ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus stop for a ski bus 1 minute away. After a day on the mountain, you can enjoy a wood-fired sauna and have a refreshing swim (if you dare!) in the mountain stream just outside.

If you want to go by bus, you get down to the bus stop at E14. You can bring your skis or board on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can hike, fish, go dog sledding, hire snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
