Historic basement apartment where “Take Me Home, Country Roads” was written by John Denver. It has the same 1970s charm. It is completely separated, has one bedroom, one bathroom, family room, big kitchen, washer/dryer, TV/Internet and AC/heating units in each room. If two guests need a second bed it must be requested for onetime fee $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No cleaning fees. Entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist. No bikes!!
