It is completely separated, has one bedroom, one bathroom, family room, big kitchen, washer/dryer, TV/Internet and AC/heating units in each room. If two guests need a second bed it must be requested for onetime fee $40. Parking permit is available upon request. No parties. No cleaning fees. Entrance is downstairs with narrow steps with a twist. No bikes!!
