Ο σχεδιασμός βασίζεται σε καθαρές γεωμετρίες και φυσικά υλικά σε ανοιχτούς τόνους. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν υλικά όπως το ξύλο και το ύφασμα, σε συνδυασμό με τεχνοτροπίες σε παστέλ τόνους, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα φιλόξενο και ηρεμο περιβάλλον για τους επισκέπτες. Έμφαση δόθηκε στη μελέτη του φωτισμού προκειμένου να συνδυαστούν διαφορετικές ποιότητες φωτισμού μέσα στη μέρα.

Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στον πρώτο όροφο πολυκατοικίας στην περιοχή του Κουμπέ 50 μέτρα απο την παραλία Κουμπέ. Φιλοξενεί έως 4 άτομα. Υπάρχει υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεββάτι και στο σαλόνι καναπές που μετατρέπεται σε διπλό κρεββάτι. Διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα με ηλεκτρικές συσκευές, μαγειρικά σκεύη και όλα τα απαραίτητα αξεσουάρ κουζίνας. Διαθέτει ιδιωτικό μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και πλυντήριο ρούχων.
