The house is located in a quiet area on the island of Wolin, close to the most beautiful wild beaches with wonderful cliffs, several lakes, cycling and walking routes and a golf course. It is a great base for other seaside attractions nearby. At the same time, we have peace and quiet on the spot, the sunset admired from the terrace and the stars looking into the eyes.

The place is reminiscent of the Baltic Sea as we know it on Usedom from before: high beech forest, few people, no cars near the beach – and the Baltic Sea without a promenade and spectacle.
