The cottage is simply and cosy furnished, with marine interior details. Directly outside there is a patio and parking with possibility to charge an electric car (cost SEK 5/kWh). WC and shower are located in common service building (35 m). Barbecue available on the harbor plan (35 m) and sea kayaks can be rented from us. Nice kiosk that is open all summer can be found in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3,5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Make new memories in this one-of-a-kind and peaceful space. Here you live at the top of the mountain pebble among the treetops with an ocean view. Famous Kofsa is located in the middle of "Blekinge's Garden" and here you have close access to everything. There are plenty of cozy hiking trails and wonderful swimming areas as well as you quickly get into the city center by car in 5 min. Bed linens/bath towels are available for a fee. The guest cleans up after themselves before check-out, but if you want cleaning, it can be booked for a fee.

The cottage is located at the far end of a peninsula and accessed by car. Nearby are shipyards, cafe and shop. Perfect stay for water activities, fishing, exploring nature or just relaxing. Natural garden and a lawn with a trampoline for games and play. TV and Wifi are available. Full access to the whole house and grounds except for storage rooms.

A small boat for rent (Linder 440. Alu row boat with 6hp engine) You can borrow bikes. Ask me about transfer if you come by train or plane. Please notice that the cabin is not insulated. We're renting out a cabin on our property. It is located lush and nice about 200m from the sea. There are good opportunities for both fishing and swimming. The cottage has a sleeping loft and tiled bathroom. It also has a lovely veranda with a view over a meadow with horses.
