“If you’re staying in Kas, this is THE place to stay! Apo and Safiye were the nicest hosts we’ve ever come across. We booked our stay a few months in advance and they were always just a message away. We really appreciated their restaurant recommendations, they were all excellent! Apo even took us to the farmer’s market for breakfast on our last day - the gozlemes were the best we’ve had! When we arrived, Safiye had made a traditional dessert for us which we relished after a long day of travel. As for the home, it is absolutely lovely - sparkling clean with everything you could possibly need. The balcony offers an unforgettable panoramic view of the sea, the harbour and the town. We spent many hours watching sunsets in the evening and watching boats go out to sea in the morning. If you’re looking for an elegantly furnished apartment with a view, look no further :) We can’t wait to be back!”
New, dublex flat with an incredible view of Greek island. House is new and modernly decorated. Located 5 minutes to center of Kas by car or taxi. Also, our guests have the chance of using our beach club in the center of Kas .
“The room is exactly the same as the picture. This villa is at the outermost edge, with trees underneath, and a good view. Unlike other houses seeing a bunch of roofs. It is a little far from the town of Kash, suitable for self-driving people. There is a Wal-Mart supermarket in the town. You can buy ingredients and make them in your room to comfort the Chinese stomach. The village is under construction, and the road is not smooth. It should be corrected in summer.”
Breakfast is included. Our traditionally decorated cottage is surrounded by nothing but a huge garden. You can spot the turtles in the private little beach or salute the sun from your own terrace. We live with very friendly cats who like to visit and welcome each of our guests :) They even sometimes decide to hang out with them throughout their stay. If you have pet allergy we'd kindly like to warn you about the presence of our feline friends.
“We could not have loved our time here more. The cottage is beyond cute and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing break. Things we had forgotten to pack (toothpaste, body lotion, for instance) were here waiting for us; along with all the everyday bits and pieces you need (bin bags; loo roll; washing up liquid etc); plus books, board games and a well equipped little kitchenette. Frankly, the house is far better kitted out than many 5* villas we have stayed at. We spent a ludicrously lazy week, crashed out on the bathing platforms at the bottom of the garden and snorkelling off the rocks (the water is aquarium clear); or just sitting out on our little terrace, playing backgammon, while Aysun's cats and the neighbour's dog popped by to say hello. The surrounding gardens are incredibly pretty and, like the house, filled with curios and artefacts (mirror ball, anyone?). Even on our last day, we were still spotting quirky little touches that we hadn't noticed before. It's the sort of place that demands that you relax — so, for once, we did. After a pretty manic year, it was just what we needed. Best of all, though, was the interaction with Seren (who, while away when we visited, was brilliantly helpful during the booking process), and her mum, Aysun, who was just the most fantastic host. The two of them couldn't have done more to make our stay any better. From booking restaurants, excursions, trips and airport transfers for us, to their top tips on where to eat and what to do, they went out of their way to make our stay quite magical. Oh, and Aysun's breakfasts of homegrown and homemade goodies are as delicious (and generous) as all the reviews say. We didn't eat lunch once. Location wise, it's easy and cheap to get into town. A taxi to Kas takes under 10-mins and costs 35 TL, and it's simple to find a taxi to bring you home at the end of the evening, too. Things to note: if you want somewhere that is totally quiet, be aware that there is a bit of traffic noise at times (from the main road on the other side of the bay). It didn't bother us in the least, but if complete solace is what you're after, you might want to look elsewhere. And if you don't like animals or wildlife, this probably isn't the place for you, either. Aside from Aysun's beautiful cats and the neighbour's friendly dog, we met one praying mantis, two turtles, one small snake, loads of wild rabbits; several kingfishers; zillions of fish and a tortoise. Absolute heaven! Can't wait to go back.”
