This is a working farm with crops and animals, located near the mountains. The Farm house was built by Mennonite Germans during the Soviet Union. We can take you horseback riding and can help you get to local attractions such as the Burana Tower, water falls and hot springs and the German museum which is close by. 3 km from the main farm at the base of the mountains we have traditional yurts on a working ranch where you can experience a Kyrgyz way of life . The sights and sounds are amazing.
“I cannot recommend this place enough. The hospitslity, the nature, and the animals are simply unmatched. We only spent a few days here but we were quickly sold on its charm. The people who take care of this farm have hearts of gold. Truly a unique experience unlike anything else. Take the time to read through John's description of the farm, it might just be the place away from the city noise for you!”
We are renting beds in our two-floored house with an astonishing view on the beautiful Kegeti & Kol Tor gorges about 90 km away east from Bishkek. There is 1 double & 1 single beds in one room & 2 single beds in another. Besides, there's a living room, a kitchen, a huge garden with a lot fruit trees & wild flowers & a solar shower & running water from a mountain well. The toilet is outside. We will live next to you & serve you a delicious breakfast. Lunch & dinner you can order separately.
“Damira and Daniel's house is a real gem. With a beautiful view overlooking Kegeti valley and a small orchard overflowing with apples, pears and plums, it is a lovely place to kick back and recharge. When I stayed there they had only just moved in, so were still getting furniture and appliances set up. Nonetheless, I had a very comfortable and relaxing few days. I was treated to incredible homemade food, including 'Dimlama' (Uzbek lamb and veg stew) cooked outside on the open fire, and a delicious crumble tart made with fruits from the orchard. It's well-located for hiking and other activities in the valley, including the must-see Kol Tor glacial lake. Damira and Daniel are fantastic hosts - with outstanding hospitality, excellent knowledge of the region, a passion for nature and a drive for environmental conservation. Highly recommended.”

“Although we didn’t meet Uzakbek in person it was really easy communicating with him. He was also our translator between Bamy’s family and us (by phone). Bamy’s mother made sure we didn’t had any hunger as her cooking was with the full Kyrgyz devotion. The bed we’ve had was really good and shower and toilet were to modern standard. Kyzart itself is a nice village to stroll through especially during the evening when a lot of villagers are outside on the street. Also highly recommended is the horse trip organized by Uzakbek to Song-Kul with Bamy as your guide. Song-Kul is simply beautiful and the choice of the small family yurt camp was ideal! All in all highly recommended.”
