Our house is an oasis within an island of natural beauty, with views compared to Tuscany. Katouni is the birthplace of my grandfather.

Το κατάλυμα είναι 145 τ.μ. και βρίσκεται στο χωριό Τσικαλαρία, πάνω στον κεντρικό άξονα του νησιού. Είναι ευρύχωρο και ιδανικό για οικογένειες ή και παρέες πολλών ατόμων. Στο χωριό υπάρχει ένα μεγάλο σούπερ μάρκετ ΑΒ Βασιλόπουλος, ένα καφέ και μια ψησταριά " Ο Ξεγάντζαρος" . Το σπίτι απέχει 1 χιλιόμετρο από το μεγαλύτερο εμπορικό χωριό, το Λιβάδι. Αρκετές από τις πιο ονομαστές παραλίες του νησιού βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 7 έως 15 χιλιομέτρων.
