Vacation rentals with beach access in Kawau Island

A stunning location literally across the road from Palm Beach. Well equipped and thoughtful touches with lush gardens and Lyndal was an excellent host. We so appreciated the early check in and extended check out so we could enjoy the sunny day. Would highly recommend and hope we can come back.

Lynne is truly the best host we’ve ever had. She welcomed us with a big smile, warmth, and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The place is absolutely lovely, with breathtaking views, excellent bedding, and beautiful furniture. Everything was thoughtfully prepared,homemade muffins (they were amazing!), snacks, chocolates, and even asking for our milk and wine preferences! Her hospitality truly went above and beyond. Lynne made sure we had everything we needed and was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. We left feeling relaxed and really appreciated the care she put into every detail. Highly recommend—we’d definitely book again. Thanks, Lynne!

Quite a great little place for 2 people for a couple days. I'd recommend this stay just for a short couple days as there is no oven, but that did not affect our stay as we had quite an effective BBQ which made up for it. I would like to come back again in the future. Everything was clean and pristine and up to standard. A lovely thank you to our hosts.🙂

Perfect stay at Josh’s place which is very well located next to Ponsonby road. Calm, clean and sunny appartment with all necessary amenities. Highly recommended for your trip in Auckland !

Excellent Airbnb. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Rozelle was very helpful and let us check in early - we were very grateful. Nice touches with fruit yoghurt and cereal left for us. Would recommend.

We had friends around the corner in Torbay. Browns Bay is bigger and only a short (steep) walk down. The Bark and Brew was our fave coffee place. I swam the bay every day. Safe beech. Spacious accommodation with a proper lounge and separate bedroom. Great bed. I think the telly is Sky but we never turned it on! Good wifi. Loads of stuff in the kitchen. It’s all just great!

Lisa was so lovely, and we loved staying at her place. It was even better than the photos! An amazing kitchen for cooking, a pool, a spa, and spacious comfortable areas throughout made for the perfect getaway. Lisa was super friendly and helpful throughout, we would absolutely stay here again.

House was close to everything and Julie was extremely helpful. Would definately book again.

The house was beautiful, great decks, great views five star plus. Love the hot tub. Use the garage for plan some darts and a bit of poor. Pretty close walk to the beach. Didn’t want to leave. Thank you so much. 😊 😊

We had a great stay here as three couples with toddlers. Plenty of room with the four bedrooms and large kitchen, living, and dining areas. It has a great deck to sit out on and enjoy the afternoon sun. Plus it’s a one minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be staying again.

Back again! It’s a great place with incredible views out to the Barriers. Simple but stylish with plenty of tools in the kitchen to knock up a great feed, and, the best slumber with the comfiest of beds. I reckon we’ll be back!

What a great find! Beautiful spacious family home in Omaha, less than 10 min walk to the beach and a few mins drive from Matakana village. we stayed here with 3 couples and 3 kids over the long weekend and had a fabulous time. everything is walkable, stunning ocean views from the balcony and living area, comfy beds, and well stocked kitchen to self cater your meals. we will be back for a longer stay in the summer!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Pia was a wonderful host, welcoming us in person and making us feel right at home. Her place has the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb and it was so convenient to have little things like spices, cling wrap, etc. The apartment was furnished very thoughtfully and there is plenty of room to lounge around and relax. The location could not be better with the beach as your backyard. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here!
