The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. It is a self-contained apartment in a detached house. This has a separate entrance and is about 35 square meters. I live in the house myself but there are two separate living units, which are connected inside by a soundproof door, this is locked from both sides during a booking. As with other apartments, sound transmission still takes place, so it can be loud at peak times. Info: Unfortunately, this home does not have a TV.

Our approx. 90 sqm apartment is located in Norderstedt district Glashütte, directly in the north-western Speckgürtel of Hamburg. The city centre of Hamburg can be reached by car in about 1/2 hour, the surrounding moors on foot in about 20 minutes. The sun-drenched apartment is colourful and cheerfully furnished and has a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. A guest parking space is located directly on the property.

Lovely room-quiet area- 25 minutes to city center

This area is in the outskirts of Hamburg. However the city center is only 25 minutes away. There is a parking lot right in front of the house. You can reach the bus within 4 minutes. The next subway station, Meiendorfer Weg (blue line, U1) is about 15 minutes by foot. The forrest not only offers a climbing park, but is also a great opportunity for a morning jog or an afternoon walk.
