High quality materials were used and the finish is in a modern / Industrial style with steel and woord but has kept its cosy character. From our comfortable base, you can walk or cycle into the countryside in no time, passing by dikes, nature and a beautiful Klompenpad. You can enjoy a refreshing dip in the water just a 3-minute bike ride away. The Veluwe, Montferland, Arnhem and even Germany are just around the corner. The centre of Zevenaar offers cozy terraces and nice shops. We are only 5 minutes away from the A12/A3.

Kitchenette with microwave, coffee and tea. Bicycles can be parked under the canopy in the garden; charging sockets are available free of charge.

In addition, there is a private spacious kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso machine. In the living room, you can relax and watch television (incl. Netflix), read a book or play a game at the table. The bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed (120 x 210 cm). Unfortunately, there is no garden, but there is beautiful nature nearby.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Thanks to 2 terraces, you can enjoy the sun and soothing views. The house has a large open kitchen, comfortable living and dining area and air-conditioned bedrooms. The ground floor bedroom is fully wheelchair accessible. Parking is easy via the carport and to the left of the driveway, and there are charging stations available for electric vehicles.

The house is used on most weekends as a guest house for children and young people with their supervisors. In the periods when they are not there, the guest house is available for anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy nature. From the guest house, you can walk across the dike into the De Millingerwaard nature reserve.
