The room has its own entrance via the garden, private facilities, and can be fully locked. Shared use of the garden and terrace. The double bed is 1.40 m wide and 2.10 m long. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee and tea. Bicycles can be parked under the canopy in the garden; charging sockets are available free of charge.

In addition, there is a private spacious kitchen including fridge/freezer, microwave and Nespresso machine. In the living room, you can relax and watch television (incl. Netflix), read a book or play a game at the table. The bedroom has a double bed, and in the living room, there is a sofa bed (120 x 210 cm). Unfortunately, there is no garden, but there is beautiful nature nearby.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

The centre of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 metres from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

The house is used on most weekends as a guest house for children and young people with their supervisors. In the periods when they are not there, the guest house is available for anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy nature. From the guest house, you can walk across the dike into the De Millingerwaard nature reserve.
