The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites you to enjoy 26 degrees of water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The non-overflowing beach is within walking distance via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature (approx. 800m).

Our apartment is located in the Baltic Sea resort Kellenhusen. Surrounded by forest and sea, this former fishing village has developed into one of the most beautiful family resorts on the Schleswig-Holstein Baltic Sea coast. The island of Fehmarn, Heiligenhafen and Grömitz are easily accessible by bike or car. For the bathing and dog beach it is 3 min. Bicycle rental, restaurants, mini golf, climbing park, playground right on the beach. Zoo, aquarium, swimming pool, fishing and horse riding are nearby.

Kids can chill upstairs. Large covered south-facing terrace, second terrace to the lake side. Hair dryer and washing machine available, sauna with sea view. A laundry service on request for a fee.

Our apartment in Kellenhusen is a unique experience right on the Baltic Sea. We offer you the opportunity to spend an unforgettable vacation on the east coast and to fully relax. Native forests, salty air, dreamy expanses and the 305-meter-long adventure bridge starting directly from the beautiful promenade are just a few advantages of the Baltic Sea health resort. Furthermore, there are various cafes, restaurants, pubs, children's playgrounds, mini golf & disc golf (frisbee).

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

If you want to enjoy the Baltic Sea, you have come to the right place! We renovated and furnished this apartment in 2022! Our apartment is located directly on the fine sandy beach and on the beach promenade, but still quietly located. It is a small but stylish apartment with balcony. This apartment is perfect for 2 people (bedroom with double bed 160 × 200), but families with children are also ❤️welcome (comfortable sofa bed with topper in the living area).

Mobile tiny house made of wood with 8 cm insulation made of sheep's wool (biocide-free!), loving interior design with plenty of vegetable oiled wood for a healthy indoor climate and harmonious light, untreated larch wood cladding, five large, outward opening windows, running water, multimedia, loft bed with good mattresses and slatted frames, small fridge and room temperature controlled stone slab heating.
