House is on 1 acre of land and &300 m2 in total.Closed garage for 2cars.Pool is open from May to October during year.Swimming pool is private and 5m*10m, depth is 150 cm and salted & can swim in the pool as not seen by others.The garden walls are high and extra uplifted with fences.Our backyard is neighbour to the forest full of Pinetrees.The house has a forestview.And the area is full of oxygen and it is for relaxing place lovers.Please send a message telling about your groups and your reason

The house is heated with a traditional wood fire — we provide the wood, and you’ll enjoy the cozy ritual of keeping it burning. For fresh, pure spring water, simply head to the village center, where you can fill your bottles free of charge. Please note: the homeowners may occasionally stay in the downstairs unit, which has its own private entrance, ensuring your privacy.

Çevredeki bir çok alternatif ile birlikte , şehrin gürültüsünden uzak doğayla iç içe olma imkanı sunmaktadır. Evimiz merkezi şömine sistemi ile ısınmaktadır.Şömineler yandığı zaman tüm peteklere sıcaklık gitmektedir.Aynı zamanda kış bahçemizde kuzine sobamız , odalarda da elektrikli ısıtıcılarımız mevcuttur. Rezervasyon yaparken lütfen kişi sayısı belirtiniz.

Kuş seslerinin eksik olmadığı bahçemizde mangal yakabilir, havuza girebilir, keyifli vakit geçirebilirsiniz. Evin verandasında nar ağacı vardır. Bu sebeple evimize Nar adını verdik. We open the doors of our carefully built home for our guests we haven't met yet. The villa has a total of 4 rooms, 3 bathrooms, (1 parent) and 1 living room. The pool and garden are regularly maintained by an employee. (Maintenance periods can be arranged according to the suitability of the guests as long as they are in the villa) There are items we use personally in the entire house and they are made available to the guests.

In our luxury villa we offer a heated pool, barbecue, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable accommodation. Enjoy nature with a barbecue in our barbecue area and spend romantic evenings in our fireplace. Our house is carefully cleaned and there are bed linen and towels specially prepared for each guest. -Reservations are not accepted for groups consisting of only male guests.
