Vacation rentals with a firepit in Kent County

Loved our quick weekend getaway at the loft! Was exactly as pictured and everything we needed!

Loved the location and the fenced in backyard was a home run. Had everything we could need. The area around the house was nice with sidewalks to walk our dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 6 traveled to Grand Rapids during Spring Break for a concert. We loved having a cozy house to come back to after our adventures each day! There was space to cook and eat meals, laugh and play games, and chill and rest together! Daniel was a great host! He even contacted us a few hours prior to our check-in to let us know the power was out due to some storms. He was willing to let us in to the house upon our arrival and often checked to make sure we were comfortable and content. Thanks for a great trip!

Rachel’s place was perfect for our family to gather for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation. The house was perfect with plenty of space for us and a great yard to play yard games. It was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. She had some extras which was also appreciated. She had fans in each room, lots of extra towels and blankets. The game room in the garage was a great place to hang out and play darts or Ms PacMan. I highly recommend her place.

Beautiful classic home nicely updated. Theresa was very helpful. Had everything we needed and more. Neighborhood was walkable and cool.

Fantastic getaway for group of friends. Atmosphere and property was exactly what we needed and a good value. Very clean, updated, and had the amenities to make it a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was perfectly as described! What a beautiful home away from home. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was divine, and the kitchen was chef friendly! Plenty of counter tops and a gas stove (that was a plus!) I wish I could have stayed longer. Close to grocery markets and restaurants as well as a park. Beautiful neighborhood. Very safe.

This is a great place to stay. Robb is always responsive for questions. It's a great location for all medical personnel working at Butterworth to walk from.

Robb was such an amazing host. From the start, communication was super easy, and he made sure I had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay. His place was spotless, exactly like the pictures, even better in person, and fully stocked with anything you might need. It was also really easy to find and in the perfect location, close to restaurants, shops, and lots of places to explore. You can tell Robb really cares about his guests and goes out of his way to make you feel at home. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Grand Rapids. I’ll definitely be back, thanks again, Robb!

Diana was an extremely considerate host. We are a party of three and she reached out in advance to make sure we were aware of how the apartment is set up (a queen bed in a bedroom with a closing door, and then a separate queen inflatable bed which Diana set up in the open-plan living area). This was just perfect for us, a couple and a third person who needed a place to stay after a concert in Grand Rapids. The concert was at the Van Andel arena which was easily walkable (about half an hour on foot) so we were able to leave our car at Diana's and not worry about concert parking. We found a great bakery nearby before we set off the next morning. We appreciated that Diana provided a lockable garage spot to park in. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with towels, shower gel, coffee etc. Overall a great find, and we would definitely recommend this place for couples or even groups of 3/4. Next time we come to Grand Rapids we plan to return to the same area to explore it further!

Robb was extremely responsive and attentive during our stay. Directions were clear and very detailed. The place was just as described and more! When I had a small issue, Robb was quick to help with it and super friendly. Would 100% recommend this place, and Robb as a host in general, to anyone looking to stay near downtown Grand Rapids!

Perfect place if you like rustic, peaceful, privacy, and a beautiful lake! It was one of the most relaxing places we have stayed. We had a nice fire to top it off.

My wife and I needed a quiet getaway and Tiffany’s place was exactly what we needed! Such a beautiful place, quite relaxing. A wonder refreshing weekend.
