My place is close to the center of Boise City, OK.. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space and the comfy bed. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We are a good stopping point before heading to the mountains of Colorado and New Mexico. Boise City has a new family owned restaurant. We also have an incredible museum that highlights the dust bowl. We welcome you to "No Man's Land".
“Frankie’s place was a delight. The pictures do not do the place justice. We had two bedrooms, a living room, and full bath to ourselves and they were all immaculate. We ended up arriving later than anticipated and Frankie didn’t mind a bit. She made sure we got in without any disruptions and left out some fruit and snacks for us. On a Covid note: she reminded us to be careful in Guymon because of their recent spike in cases and we socially distanced the entire time. Thanks for everything Frankie, we will be back the next time we are in the area.”
“Accommodations were perfect. Had a Keurig coffee maker with coffee, beds were extremely comfortable. House was super clean and very stylish. We just stayed overnight on our way to Colorado but would highly recommend this home over a hotel situation.”

“The location is one-of-a-kind. The scenery is incredibly beautiful. We saw deer, pronghorns, a coyote, a prairie dog, bobwhites, and many other birds. Geologists would have a field day here, as there are many different types of rocks on the property. At night, the stars were amazing, and we could see the Milky Way. The house is the family's old ranch house, and has been modified and enlarged over time, but the original sandstone blocks of the house remain. The kitchen was well-stocked, the AC worked great (it was 98 degrees out on the range), and the wi-fi was excellent. Cerita was in contact with us by email during our 1-night stay, but we could have easily contacted her via phone as well. She made sure we arrived and were able to get into the house, then gave us a little extra time the day of our departure so we could walk around on the mesa a bit. All in all a fantastic place we are so glad to have found!”
