MULAMBIN BEACH RETREAT One bedroom with queen bed, fully self contained unit with car parking. 300 meters from the beach. Walk away your worries on a great long, flat beach. 10 km each way from the towns of Yeppoon and Emu Park. 7 min drive to Rosslyn Bay Marina for fresh seafood from the fisherman's Market or something to eat at the Waterline and Beaches Restaurants. Rosslyn Bay is also the gateway to the Keppel islands. The causeway lake shop makes great fish and chips is only 600m away.

We arrived after a long drive, Wendy made landing and access to the studio super easy, she was friendly and welcoming, without needing us to stop and chat. I was blown away by all the little extra touches, complimentary snacks, fruit and drinks and also those little things were all thought of, like olive oil and salt n pepper in the cupboard and access to laundry to do washing! There was an abundance of towels, and it felt so easy, to just land, kick back and relax. Wendy is no doubt generous In her hospitality and i found the value for money at this place unbelievable. The beach was right across the road and morning beach walks before hitting the road made it a truly memorable stay.”
The house originally was moved from Mount Morgan in the early 1900's and offers a comfortable, great to place to stay. The garden has fishpond and memorabilia such as old tools which are wonderful but not suited to young children under 6 years old. Outside pets only Just 500m away is Wandal shopping hub where you will find restaurants, Lionleigh Hotel, IGA, the local doctor and post office Just minutes to drive Rockhampton CBD and airport

Close to many activities such as the botanical gardens/zoo, archer park rail museum and only 30 mins from Capricorn caves Walking distance to several fast food outlets Approximately 2kms to the airport Aprox 8 minute walk to supermarket, hotel and showgrounds Close to the hospital I will be available for guests during their stay if required Child safety gate available for the top of the stairs.
