My place is a quiet 4-bedroom house overlooking the Judean Desert and the Jordan Hills. It is a great spot for any guest travelling from Jerusalem to the North, South or the Dead Sea. We have a cozy patio for relaxing or watching the sunrise. We also have some great restaurants nearby and a number of unique activities in the area (hikes, camels, ATVs, etc.)! Make sure you make plans in advance so that I can help you with bus schedules.
“In the house of Julie in Alon I stayed in my own room sharing bathroom, kitchen and a wonderful place under trees. It is very nice and uncomplicated like coming to the home of a friend. Julie is a great host with extraordinary good cookies. Alon is a nice village settlement on a hill facing the desert, a good place to sleep while on a hike through the Wadi Kelt”
Quiet and relaxing spot in the middle of the city, right next to the green Valley of the cross and Sacher Park. The room is big and full of light and good air. 15 minutes walking from city center and the shuk. you can also use the bus to get there. The roomates are quiet and nice and help you with whatever you might need.
“Dor's room is a very pleasant spacy room with a double bed and a great balcony that looks out on the Knesset. In the evening a great place to drink your wine and look at all the little lights of Jeruzalem. Dor's room is very efficient and has everything you need: a good bed, fast internet, possibilities for charging your phones, sofa and table. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom and toilet good. Dor is very good in his communication. The room is near the centre of Jeruzalem. You can walk to the old city in 20-25 minutes. We recommend this room highly. Much value for the price.”
Large roomy 3 bedroom house with private entrance on ground floor. Close to shops, Manger Square and a five minute walk to Jerusalem checkpoint and buses. By car, 1 minute to checkpoint.
“A spacious apartment with three bedrooms, living room, dining area, two toilets and a well-equipped kitchen. What I liked best was that Bertilla took great care of our arrival, departure and stay. We not only got a very precise description of how to get from the checkpoint to the apartment, but it also came to meet us and picked us up. For the first evening she brought bread and cheese. That was very friendly and I enjoyed Bertilla's hospitality.”
