Vacation rentals in Khiva

The service was very friendly, even though we arrived in the middle of the night. Lisa speaks English and served us very well despite her busy schedule. Her mom Abdullaeva was very warm and welcoming. Ibaded, her sister, was also very helpful. The accommodation is very close to the Minor Tower area. The breakfast provided was abundant and delicious, and they can also provide lunch and dinner for $80 per person. If you want to go to Khiva, I suggest you stay here.

Great host, super responsive, and provide water and snacks as a perk. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk 30 minutes or take a taxi using app to the old town. The living room is very nice with A/C, and there is a washing machine for those who need to use it. No A/C in the bedroom, but we were there when the weather was good, so not a problem for us at all.

Super nice location, the host arranged pick up and drop off from the railway station. They have a nice restaurant with good food and beautiful rooftop view

Booking ‘Our Little House’ in Khiva was perhaps the BEST decision of our entire trip. The host and the co-host were very friendly, always responsive and helpful. The best part was that the house was spacious, had all the amenities and was right in the middle of all the cool places in Ichan Kala. If I had an option, I would give 10 stars to this place! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

The guest house is spotless, and the hosts are friendly! They are located right inside the old city walls, so it’s very easy to walk anywhere you could possibly want to go. 10/10 perfect place

Ruslan and his colleagues/staff were extremely responsive and helpful during my first visit to Khiva. They were in touch from the get-go and always ready if I had any special needs or requests -- especially at the end when I was nervous about what I needed to depart Uzbekistan and get to the airport in a different town. Very cozy room, the bed on its own is enough to make it very hard to leave, the air conditioning blows cold and the shower and toilet all work very well. The location can't be beat, you're in the middle of the old city inside the walls and can walk absolutely everywhere in minutes, including around the corner to the Terrassa for your morning coffee or lunch/dinner (I ate at various restaurants in town and it's the unquestionable #1 in Khiva. I didn't have a bad bite during any of my stops. I did have a WiFi issue that was being worked on while I was there, but it was only an issue because my normally trusty Uzbek SIM card with data was in some sort of dead zone in my room. Outside of that the signal was sort of hit-or-miss during my stay....BUT you can always walk 1 minute and use the cafe's signal. I doubt it's a long-term problem anyway. Will definitely be happy to recommend and come back, greatly enjoyed my stay!

Make sure to search for the correct "Abdullah Guest House" (if you forget the "h" you will be a different location 6 minutes walk away). The host was very kind and helpful, allowing us to store our things after our check-out while we continued to explore the fortress. He called us a taxi to the Khiva train station and gave good recommendations for restaurants in the area. They provided small soap bars and shampoo bottles, but I would recommend to bring your own as well. Towels provided and breakfast served in the morning was delicious. The terrace is very peaceful, and they constantly offered tea and water. The location in the fortress is very ideal, I definitely recommend you stay here!
