Has your own fishing dock and river access in back yard. Quartz mountain state park is only quarter of mile away. Also available for use is a pedal boat that seats up to 4 and you can explore the river in it. There is a 2 in 1 washer/dryer that is available on stays of 3 or more. Kitchen has all essentials that you would need.
