The apartment is suitable for individuals and small families, its located in a good residential area riverside which is quiet, secure and peaceful. A short drive will get you to most places that you would need to get to for most requirements such as the malls, banks and other shopping areas.
Cozy lodge in the heart of the city of Kitwe. All proceeds go to support Lifesong for Orphans ministry in building schools. Cafe on site as well for a nice cuppa java in the African setting of Zambia...
“This is a super place to stay in the Kitwe area. Dennis & Jasmine are very welcoming, all the staff are super friendly. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean, warm water is plentiful and the showers are excellent. The Roast Cafe is also very good, the standard of food is very high, with freshly baked pies and muffins every day. The cafe also serves breakfast which is also very good. Overall we can't fault this place, it really is excellent. We stayed as part of a mission team in the local area and it's an ideal base. The proceeds from the lodge contribute to the upkeep of an orphanage and school, feeding and educating over 600 children, so what you spend goes to support great work.”
Our family home is perfectly located in the central area of Kitwe, very near to the CBD, and on one of the best roads in Kitwe. Our house has a separate wing on one side with a double bed in the bedroom. The bathroom features a large shower and a deep bath. The passage leads out to the verandah and swimming pool, in a manicured garden. We are on a quiet avenue, just off one of the main roads. There are several restaurants and 2 shopping malls within walking distance.
“What an unforgettable stay with Gillian and Spiros (and the lovely dogs!) - in all sorts of unique ways. I stayed with two colleagues and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and all left feeling we would love to come back! Their home was *amazing* and filled with so many memories, positive energy and vibes. I enjoyed hearing their fascinating experiences and life stories during my short (but very sweet) time in Kitwe. Wish I was there for longer to learn more about Zambia, South Africa, Greece and beyond! Although it was a hectic work trip, both Gillian, Spiros and all the house team (Dexter’s fried eggs were yummmmy!!!) always made time for us, dropping us off to places, rustling up yummy breakfasts and taking us out to the best dining spots in Kitwe. We are really grateful for all the hospitality and kindness, but mostly for getting the chance to meet such awesome people. Gillian and Spiros’ home is a must for anyone passing through Kitwe or wanting to be closely located to Chingola/Ndola. Thanks for everything and we wish you both only the very best - Hanna, Sonia & Nabil.”
