The Jær beaches are a mecca for surfing, fishing, swimming, beach volleyball or just lounging on the beach and listening to the ocean crashing on the horizon. The house is located in a rural area in a small quiet construction area by Selestranden, only 500 meters down to the sea and a salmon river. It is 15-20 min to Sola airport and Stavanger city centre. Månafossen, Kongeparken and Preikestolen/Kjerag and other great hiking peaks not far away.

The house has 2 complete bathrooms (1 with bathtub in addition to shower), 1 toilet, 3 living rooms and 1 kitchen. The garden is well cared for with several zones, trampoline and terraces. Here there are very good sun conditions all day and until the sun sets in the west. The location is very good considering all the possibilities that exist in Jæren. The grocery store is only 350 m away, while the nearest town, Bryne, is only 5 km away.

There is a shopping centre less than 10 mins drive from the cabin. This is a modern cabin with most of the services you will find in your own home. It is 2 minutes to the sea and some of the best beaches in Norway close by. Nice outdoor area with table/chairs, playground and space for several cars.

Nytt stort og moderne hus i Sandnes. Huset er en 10 min togtur fra urbane Stavanger sentrum, og 5 min fra Sandnes sentrum. Matbutikk rett rundt hjørnet. Stort, flott og eksklusivt, men samtidig veldig koselig. Her vil du føle deg som hjemme selv om du er på ferie. Det er veldig sentralt plassert og et glimrende utgangspunkt for turer til Kjerag og Preikestolen. Hva med en tur til Jærens flotte strender, Kjerag eller Preikestolen. Det er også fantastisk natur rett rundt huset.

Welcome to an amazing, family cabin on the beautiful Iron Coast. The cottage is just a short walk from the beach where the kids can play in the sand or jump on the trampoline in the garden, while the adults enjoy the sun and fire up the grill. Surfboard, SUP and wetsuits available. Bryne, with its larger selection of shops, cinema and cozy eateries is 5 km away. If you love trips, it is only 3 km to Hå old vicarage, where history, art and beautiful nature merge.
