From here you can get directly to the adjacent bike and hiking trail on the banks of the Schwarzen Elster and in a few minutes you are on the beach of Lake Geierwald with bars, restaurants and sup and boat rentals. The alpacas next door are a highlight for the kids. Day trips to Dresden, Saxon Switzerland and the Spreewald are also recommended.
