This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, and private garden full of Mediterranean plants. The apartment is located at the foot of the second largest military fortress in Europe, in the heart of the old town of Knin. A beautifully decorated interior awaits you, which represents a combination of modern and traditional in the best possible way. It is simply a place where you can enjoy all your senses. In the immediate vicinity there are two shops and cafes as well as a pizzeria that prepares the best pizza in town. Everything else is a maximum of 15 minutes' walk from the apartment.
