Lake cabin, primarily for hunting, weekend fishing or relaxing. Situated on a two acre lake that is stocked with Bass, Bluegill, Crappie and catfish. It is also located within three miles of 7000 acre Deer Ridge conservation area with a forty acre lake. Would like to offer it to hunters or fishermen this Fall.
“Awesome place to relax and unwind. I was shocked how nice the place was for the price it’s at! My dogs didn’t come inside the first day they had so much fun. Fishing was my favorite bc he feeds them every night you can catch some big cats and bass 👍🏽 (plenty stocked)”
My place is small, clean and cozy. It is close to Oakley Lindsay Center; Quincy Community Theatre; Restaurants; Downtown District; and the Mississippi River. Off street parking is available. Not wheelchair accessible. My place is good solo or for a couple, adventurers, and business travelers. No smoking; no pets.
“This little cabin up on a bluff looking over the Mississippi River is one-of-a-kind, warm, cozy and super clean! Also there is a new bed that is very comfortable. The internet signal is strong and consistent. Also, there is plenty of hot water for a shower (with very good water pressure). A guest has all the essentials, and there is a notebook with visitor information about Quincy. It’s a great value for a quaint cottage on the Mississippi River.”
The lakehouse sets on a private 5-acre lake on 25 well-manicured acres. Fabulous sunsets! For a tiny house it has a spacious lower level with vaulted ceiling and upper bedroom loft. Wifi & TV includes subscriptions to Netflix, Prime & Hulu. Hammocks, swimming, boating (canoe, kayaks & more). For fishing (no license needed) we have boats, nets & fish-dressing station (bring poles & bait). Most suited for a couple, but does sleep 6 with limited privacy. Extra measures taken to disinfect.
“This place is wonderful. My husband, kids, and I met two of our friends and their son here; so in total, we had four adults, one child, and two kids under 2. It was the right amount of space for all of us. We hope to come back again next year, and stay another night so we can enjoy it for longer!”
