What a fabulous place to spend a few quiet days in the Hungarian countryside! The house is in a lovely little valley with forest behind. Our hosts were both super friendly and very helpful. We especially loved the outdoor areas. Bedrooms are upstairs which are a little steep. It’s a great spot for a family or few friends to enjoy relaxing time together.

We had an unforgettable 2 nights at Kozma 48! Gabor was great throughout the booking process, and Lena communicated with me prior to check in and met us at the house when we arrived and when we left. The house and town were both wonderful - a gem in this part of Hungary! I have a family connection to the place, so it meant even more to me, but I know any people on holiday in the area would enjoy their stay at Gabor and Lena’s comfortable little house. It is a traditional historic home with all the comforts of modern life. If we come back, we would happily stay here again! Thank you, Gabor and Lena, for everything! ☺️

Great place to stay in a nice environment. The house is in close proximity to a wonderful restaurant. It's very convenient to pick up the key there and come to them at any time.

We had a great weekend here with a child and a dog. This cottage is an island of great tranquility in the middle of the forest: equipped with everything,the fireplace created a special atmosphere for our evenings. We recommend it to anyone who wants to get a little out of the squirrel wheel and want to do it in a bright place:-)

FABULOUS!!!!! THE BEST ACCOMMODATION EVER! The apartment meets all your needs. Tastefully decorated, modern (newly built!) fully equipped and spotlessly clean! It is located in a wonderful natural environment with great hiking spots in the area. The apartment also has a wonderful, quiet private garden area with an outdoor heated wooden bathtub. We loved it!!!!! :) The hosts Edit and Misi are truly wonderful people. They will do everything to make you feel good!!! You couldn't ask for a better stay! If you are lucky enough to find a free time, book this LOVELY PLACE without hesitation. No disappointment! :)

We got the house completely cleaned and clean. The sauna and hot tub were clean and nice. The furniture is really a bit worn out, but they do their function. The area is wonderful, we hiked, biked and had plenty of rest. Our dogs really enjoyed the big green area in front of the house. The host was friendly and responsive to our questions. It was flexible with checkout, unfortunately we couldn't live with the late move out offered. We'll be back.

In real life it is twice better than on photos. Big, clean, cozy, relax Villa with a lot of private spaces, so even if you have big group all of them can find place for relax from each other if needed. Great sauna, big jacuzzi, big pool. A lot of staff, toys for the baby and infants (even a pool is secured from the baby if needed). You can stay with dogs since all the territory 100% secured and fenced. 1 parking spot on the territory, and about 3 parking space just behind the fence. Totally recommended!

Flexible and responsive host. Great place to stay, good value. Once the electricity network is renovated, it gets even better.

The big value of this place is the swimming pool and the gazebo with a nice view. There is a little train you can operating and it will bring you up and down the hillside, it is a lot of fun and it brought great joy to our stay. You could also just walk up, but who wants to walk when there's a tiny train?! Károly (pronounce 'Carl') is a very friendly host. We all wished we could have stayed longer.

We LOVED this place and Mark is totally the best host, always ready to help and so kind. The house is nice, pro tip for parents with little kids, the bedroom has one small window that is really easy to blackout, so babies had calm nap time and nights. Area is also very calm and it’s easy to grab anything you’d need for babies from stores like DM. The hot bath outside makes the experience totally luxurious, we recommend Hungarian snacks and wine at starry night in hot bath. Ahh! Dogs were also welcome, garden is well fenced and big so our dogs could enjoy the stay as well. Ooh and another bonus for tired parents, good coffee! And dishwasher and laundry machine. Definitely easy for us to stay with twin 10 months old and multiple dogs. Super enjoyable spot, we are already looking forward to be back next year!

What I could start with, as the name of the listing reflects the vibe the guest will get. Zsuzsa and Laci are fantastic hosts who welcomed us with real love. Zsuzsa surprised us with a delicious baking she made. The apartment is even more beautiful than the pictures. It's a real fairy nook, fabulously decorated. The accommodation is 5 minutes walk from the castle and the castle. Next to it, there's a bakery, a specialty cafe, and lots to see. The property's garden is also very cozy. The art gallery, which is part of the apartment, is a treasure trove. If you're there, breakfast is a must. There is everything an eye mouth stimulus. Really! One of them in front of me objected to the stairs. It's really steep, but what's waiting for you upstairs for everything:) We'll definitely go back! Thanks for everything! P.S. Very nice cozy apartment. It has everything one needs. Special thanks for the wonderful Christmas vibe, the little surprises! Decorated Christmas tree, lovely holiday decorations everywhere, a large plate of Christmas cake, wine and chocolate under the tree. Thank you for your kind hospitality!

Our stay at Nora’s place was excellent! The great communication with her (quick responsiveness) made the check-in and check-out very easy and smooth. The place is something unique for those loving to relax in a quiet and green environment: immerse in nature with a huge and well kept garden. Even our dog loved it! The house is very clean, functional and well furnished: nice bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and cozy bedroom. The only negative thing of our stay is that we had to leave: we really felt like home! We will come back for sure! Super recommended!

Nice, spacious apartment, comfortable for a few days. You can park in the yard, and there's a very good restaurant nearby. Recommend to everyone
