Un appartement fonctionnel, conforme à la description un hôte pas présent mais réactif donc pas de souci. placé en plein centre et à deux pas du lac pour le prix je recommande vivement les commerçants sont charmant (fast food mario) et plein d'autre (mini market tona) et Pogradec à voir c'est super. merci

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wunderschöne Lage mit Blick auf das Gebirge und den See vom großen Panoramafenster aus. Es könnte mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie Geschirrtuch, Geschirrlappen/Schwamm und Pfeffer nachgebessert werden aber ansonsten hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Albis Frau war bei Fragen sofort behilflich, hat uns immer sehr höflich und freundlich empfangen und konnte gutes Englisch. Die Unterkunft lag etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, war aber mit Restaurants ringsum sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Stände mit Obst/Gemüse etc. aus eigenem Anbau findet man hier sehr häufig und machte den Flair der Umgebung noch reizender. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstes empfehlen und würden zu 100% wieder kommen. Danke an Albi und Familie.

Our stay at Arben’s Airbnb was absolutely perfect in every way! Arben was super friendly and made us feel right at home! He offered to pick us up from the station, and ensured we left Pogradec safely after our stay. When we arrived he was gracious enough to gift us some of his own wine, and traditional Albanian tea! (It was delicious) The apartment was fantastic, especially the view from the balcony. Pogradec itself was a blast! The flat was only a very short walk away from the beach and nearby to restaurants and shops. This has been the best value stay I’ve ever had and could not recommend Arben’s AirBnB enough!!

Lavdie was an absolute gem—super quick to respond to any questions and her detailed instructions made self check-in a breeze. It was such a seamless experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect, relaxing getaway. We can't wait to come back some time!

We loved our stay for 2 months this summer and Jetmir is an amazing and very helpful host! It was a lovely place, fully equipped and the most comfortable bed we ever slept on. It is a very peaceful, beautiful, quiet place. We cook our own meals mostly and the kitchen was well equipped for a short or long stay. Internet was great and fast. People are friendly and there is so much beauty all around so we enjoyed our daily walks so close to the beach, canals, boardwalk with mountain and Lake views so nearby. A great spot for high season Europe away from huge crowds. Lots of great restaurants all around and so many fun swans and ducks. One of our favorite airbnb places of all time and we will be back and send our friends here too! Jetmir also helped us with transportation from Tirana to Lake Ohrid onto Montenegro for our next location. Fantastic host and place!!

We felt right at home as soon as we arrived at Villa Petra: a beautiful and super cosy house in an outstanding area of beauty. We had everything we needed and the hosts were some of the most responsive and friendlier hosts I have ever come across, sometimes responding within seconds from asking them a question!!! It’s hard to describe the tranquility and unique charm of the house and the area, you just have to experience it for yourselves to appreciate how precious they are. Thanks so much to the hosts for everything, such speedy and helpful responses, while on holiday in somebody else’s home, are very hard to find, they stand out. Go visit the Prespes area and stay at Villa Petra, you will not want to leave, ever! I promise you that.

We had a lovely time and would love to come back soon. Our little daughter loved the nice yard and we enjoyed everything! The homemade byrek prepared in the traditional way was delicious and is highly recommended. The hosts were super friendly and attentive for anything we needed. Cristina é una persona gentilissima , sempre disponibile per qualunque richiesta e ci ha dato ottimi consigli per ristoranti e posti da vedere . La casa a due piani , è confortevole , spaziosa , pulita e munita di tutto . Per non parlare del magnifico panorama che si ha uscendo nel giardino o sul terrazzo . Ci ritornerei volentieri .

The host was very responsive and apartment was in excellent condition, same as on pictures. PS4 is a great plus if you have kids. The beach is across the street which is very convenient. I recommend this place.
