In our mansion, which offers all the holiday facilities you need in a 1500 m2 garden, a getaway awaits you at the point where the peaceful green and blue meet, both close to the city and away from the noise and chaos of the city. We have a security guard in our outbuilding that has nothing to do with the backyard. The presence of security is for your protection and has nothing to do with the area you will use. The entire large house and garden are yours.

Yeni ev sahibi 2003'te restorasyona baslar. 2004'te aslina uygun sekilde yenilenen bu evde cicekler icinde yeni bir yasam baslar. Located in a quiet corner of Büyükada, this special villa offers a unique stay with its private pier, spacious garden, and seawater swimming pool. In winter, peaceful evenings by the sea-view fireplace in the living room await you. The host lives on the upper floor with three Jack Russell dogs. The guest floor has a separate entrance, and the upper and lower floors are connected by an internal staircase. Great care is taken to ensure our guests’ privacy and comfort.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
