On the approx. 3750m² large, dreamlike property there are two houses, the villa SEEhochDrei and the apartment SEEhochDREI. Furthermore, there is an outdoorsauna (biosauna) and an outbuilding as a sports and fitness room. The sauna opens to the large garden pond with a view of Lake Jamno. At the lake directly there is a jetty, which invites to fishing and water sports, for example with the rowing boat or the two existing SUP's, which are available to the guests free of charge.
