There is a private, sandy lakeshore with its own big T-shape dock. It's perfect for swimming, fishing, and relaxing. The cottage is private, clean and comfortable. The glass in the living room and the spacious terrace provides unique views regardless of the time of day or year (the houses have a fireplace and central heating). The shared area consists of extensive lawn areas and a vegetable garden.

A spacious, two-level apartment (67 sq m) located in a restored building of the historic, former railway station Ublik, in the heart of the so-called "Aryse Switzerland" in Masuria. Souranded by the nature: forests, meadows, lakes. Inside - design, renovated furniture, vintage accessories, atmosphere and style for stylish interiors lovers. The station is in the green garden (6,000 sq m). There are 3 lakes nearby and access to a rural, intimate beach on Lake Ublik Wielki (about 500 m).

The terrace overlooks the garden and the lake - it is a great place to relax at the barbecue, enjoy evenings in the open air and active recreation. The cottage is located on a shared plot with a larger house, which is sometimes inhabited - there is also a cat living there. For this reason, we ask that dog guests be non-aggressive.
