This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

#2 Quiet & furnished 1 room apartment (trade fair)

The fully furnished apartment belongs to a complex of a total of four apartments. An entrance leads to the quiet courtyard, where a parking space (subject to availability) can be provided free of charge. The apartment is equipped with two single beds, a private bathroom, a TV, a pantry kitchen and Wi-Fi. A washing machine is in a separate room. A third extra bed can also be provided on request.

Close to the trade fair site and with a tram connection.

Direct proximity to the exhibition grounds, EXPO Plaza and ZAG Arena. It can be reached in about 5 minutes by city train (2 stops). Walking distance to the stop is about 4 minutes. Ideal for trade fair and concert visits. Free public parking is available outside the door. An underground parking space can optionally be provided for € 15 per day.

For rent is a 3-room apartment of 95 m² with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, dining room, living room, kitchen and balcony. It is about a 10-minute walk to the train stop of line 6, which runs 6 minutes to the Messe/Ost entrance.
