Thanks for hosting us! Overall, our stay was smooth from booking to check-out & we appreciated the ease of communication & your hospitality. The house met our basic needs & we felt comfortable during our time here. To help enhance the experience for future guests, we wanted to kindly highlight 2 minor improvements that could make a big difference: 1. Low Water Pressure in Bathrooms:We noticed the water pressure in all the bathrooms was quite low, which made showering a bit challenging. 2. Pests and Cleanliness: We encountered a few black ants in certain areas of the house & the floors had some dust/debris that seemed overlooked during cleaning. A quick pest control check & a more thorough sweep/mop would likely resolve this! That said, we enjoyed our stay & would happily recommend your place to others. Thanks again for everything!

We checked in at 9pm and checked out at 6.30am next morning. It's a newly refurbished old house hence you will noticed all the power point located 5ft from floor (which host provided extension point for each room) Toilet were modern and clean except the door can be stuck and doesn't come with any towel hanger/holder. Some plastic holder behind the door won't last. The upper floor parquet flooring gives you the nostalgic moments and so comfy on feet. Would have been perfect if it was sanded and revarnished to give it a new extension period of life. That night heavy rain. The noise of the rain at the kitchen roofing created a loud noise that ended up echoing into the living hall. The reverberation of noise was so intense until we couldn't hear ourselves talking. However everything was peaceful upstair. Overall it was pleasant stay.

I had a very nice staycation during my stay at Carol's place, the units are clean and as per advertise. love the seaview balcony. Will stay here again when visit Kuantan.

The place is suitable for my small family, the area is also easy to find food for dinner & even for breakfast. We love it!

The house was very clean and the host was extremely responsive. She provided clear instructions and followed up to ensure we checked in smoothly. All rooms had air conditioners and house were equipped with necessary appliances like a TV and fridge. The location is fantastic, being close to both Pantai Pelindung and Teluk Cempedak. She was very polite and accommodating throughout our stay. We felt very comfortable staying there.
