The Lindenhaus, with its own large garden and beautiful terrace, is located in the idyllic village of Güldenstein, offering sweeping views of the surrounding fields. In addition to the kitchen, living/dining room, guest toilet, and utility room, on the ground floor, a double room and a twin room share a shower room. Upstairs, there are five double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The large dining area invites you to spend evenings together with raclette or a game of poker. There is a bar in the house to round off your vacation day in a relaxed way. No parties in the apartment.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

My beautiful accommodation is beautifully nestled in the Scharbeutzer Heide and close to the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment has a large open natural garden that invites you to barbecue. The accommodation includes a private bathing area on the Great Pönitz Lake 400 m away. My place is ideal for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Please note that electricity costs for heating and light are still added and are charged at 0.45 euros per kWh

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

Cozy room for two in the countryside, just minutes (about 8 km) from the beach. The room has a size of about 38 square meters. In the room there is a cozy double bed, seating area, closets and a TV. The existing table is suitable as a workplace (Wi-Fi included). The room has a private bathroom, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Towels and bed linens are included in the cleaning fee.

We offer you several private rooms in our house for up to 10 guests. The rooms have been re-decorated in 2016 The 1st floor has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. This is your space. A kitchen downstairs is also exclusive to use for you, as well you have a dining room and a terrace outside. We live here as well in separate flat and are happy to help you with any assistance you require.
