Cozy and modern basement apartment with a central location in the center of Randaberg and only 10 km to Stavanger. There is free parking outside the apartment and good bus connections from downtown (5 min walk). There is also a commuter bus to Forus via UiS (Route X76). Close to nature: beaches, hiking trails, mountains and fjords. In Randaberg city center you will find, among other things, grocery stores, pharmacy, liquor store, hairdresser, clothing stores, cafe, bakery, restaurants and pub. There are many good takeaways (Thai, Indian, sushi, pizza).

Private access road and parking right by the cabin. Possibility to rent sauna and boat. Unique fishing opportunities. The cabin is located at the entrance to the Lysefjord. Extra mattress is possible.

Beautiful boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

Here you live surrounded by grazing animals and vegetables, herbs and flowers right outside the door during the season. There is a lot of space to unfold both inside and outside. Inside there is a large living room and dining area with TV and many games. In the basement you will find a pool table, table tennis and darts. Outside there is a large porch with seating and a fire pit. There is also a fireplace with chairs. It is 200 meters to the lake, the beach is just nearby. Randaberg is a 5-minute drive away, Stavanger 20 minutes away

Apartment located on the lower floor in a newer house with a view of the ocean. Best suited for 2 people. Living room with kitchenette and direct exit to the patio. There is a large bedroom where you can lie in bed and look straight to the sea. The apartment is completely shielded with the sea, the open area and the sea bath as the closest neighbor. Tananger is located approx. 10 km from Sola Airport and Stavanger. Very good bus connection.

Boathouse by the lake in Sokn, Stavanger

The boathouse is brand new and part of the seaside house environment towards Soknasundet. There is a jetty with fishing opportunities. Buildings and furniture are made by the renowned architect Espen Surnevik. If you come by boat there is plenty of room for the boat at the jetty. The boathouse is part of Sokn Gard (see fb) which has many animals you can visit, and the farm has 5 km of hiking trails.
