The house is located in a pine forest in a quiet picturesque place 20 km from Kiev. The beach of the Kiev Sea is 300 meters away. The house has 4 rooms and a large terrace. Landscape design. There is a large barbecue with a canopy, as well as a fire pit,where it is so nice to sit with a glass of wine. Parking for up to 4 cars.The house is ideal for a romantic weekend, a family holiday,for a small group. Guests of the capital will be able to combine a business trip with a country vacation. This is a place for those who want to stay alone and be alone with nature.

Sokol House

Sokil Estate is located in the Kyiv region, Novosilky village, Vyshgorod district, 20 km from Kyiv. This is a traditional mud house (heated by a wood-burning stove), but with all modern amenities. Built in 1937. When reconstructing the house, we sought to preserve the original rural character of the building, while providing a comfortable place to relax. Everything is in an authentic style: clay dishes, handmade wooden furniture and a clay wood-burning oven for cooking.

A quiet place for an individual or family vacation. A large area - about 2 hectares with a beach, a fire place, hammocks and a barbecue area. We're right in the woods. The house doesn't have kitchen, but there is kitchen on our territory, where you can order food for a fee. There is access to the barbecue, street dining gazebo. There are still 3 houses on the property. Pets OK.
