Замечательный дом для 1 человека или пары! В студии очень тепло и уютно; милейшая кухня. На улице- чудесная лужайка, тишина, утром поют птицы. Есть терраса с обеденным столом для теплой погоды. Всем, кому подходит по размеру- от души рекомендую. До центра- несколько минут на машине; пешком- минут 15. Ричард и его представитель Эркин всегда на связи. Отличное жилье!

Anton was an incredible host and his place was perfect for our family. We were so comfortable and look forward to coming back in the summer.

Very cute old German settlement house. Lots of beds. Canadian hosts were very lovely and extremely hospitable, was great to hear about the humanitarian work they’re doing. Would come again!

Ein kleines nettes Familiengasthaus (nicht touristisch) in einer süßen kleinen Stadt. Wir sind in der großen Jurt geblieben. Es war sehr gemütlich und hatte eine familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Essen war für einen fairen Preis und selbstgemacht. Trotz Sprachbarriere war die Familie sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Aussicht von oben war toll. Das nächste kleine Geschäft ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Ein ganz kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass die Kommunikation vor der Anreise nicht so gut gewesen ist. Ab der Ankunft war alles top. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Отличный вариант для жилья в Бишкеке. Сапара отвечала на любые вопросы, просьбы о помощи максимально быстро. Иногда в квартире было прохладно, но это скорее было связано с аномальными холодами. Комнаты интересно оформлены и украшены национальными элементами.

It’s a nice apartment in a new residential building that’s not entirely finished yet (construction debris in hallways and stairwells). The host was very upfront about it all and the price couldn’t be matched, so you get what you pay for. I had a positive experience overall. The neighborhood is nice and quiet too.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön – sauber, hell und sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist hervorragend, alles ist gut erreichbar. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte sowie Spielplätze und Parks für Kinder. Auch das Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Kseniia ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen – absolut empfehlenswet!

오래된 아파트 4층에 있는 숙소입니다만 숙소 내부에 들어가 보면 완벽하게 리모델링 되어서 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 그리고 아파트 입구에 경찰서가 있는 치안이 좋은 지역으로 길 건너 편에는 큰 마트가 있어서 편리했습니다. 그동안 다녀 본 에어비앤비 숙소 중 가장 정성스럽게 룸을 준비한 아파트로 평가합니다. 주방 기구도 완벽했고, 문의 사항이나 필요한 것을 요청하면 즉시 요청에 응해주십니다. 다시 비슈케크에 간다면 재 방문할 의향이 있습니다.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this brand new one-bedroom condo, and it exceeded all my expectations! Located in the tallest new building in the city, the high floor offers incredible and unobstructed views that are simply breathtaking. The condo is situated right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore. It’s just a short walk to Erkindik Boulevard and Ala-Too Square, as well as various city landmarks, malls, and restaurants. The easy access to public transit made getting around a breeze. The interior of the condo is modern and well-appointed, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful, ensuring that my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to experience the best of the city with stunning views and a prime location.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place is beautifully decorated, spotless, and equipped with everything you might need — from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings and thoughtful touches that really make you feel at home. The attention to detail in both style and functionality was impressive. The location was also great, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. But what truly made the experience stand out was the host. Incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful from the moment I booked until check-out. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-managed place to stay. I would definitely return!

Our stay at the apartment managed by Hotel Solutel was wonderful overall. The apartment itself was extremely well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The location was also great, just a 10-minute walk from Ala-Too Square. However, one thing to note is that the check-in is at the hotel, which is about 300 meters away from the apartment, so we had to walk that distance with our luggage. Additionally, there was some confusion during the checkout process. Despite confirming our checkout time and arrangements to hand over the key, no one arrived as agreed. After multiple calls with no response, we had to leave the key with the security guard. Despite this, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the apartment for its cleanliness and great location.

The apartment is small, but very cozy and comfortable. The design is very well thought through and it has everything you may need for your stay. The only downside is poor internet, but seems to be the general issue of the region and not the particular place. If you need it for work I’d recommend having a mobile one as back up. The community itself is one of the best on Issyk-Kul with nice territory, good restaurants and kids playgrounds. We really enjoyed our time there.

The apartment is really a USSR style place. The location is great, the house has its charm. Nice backyard. It's not kind of modern fancy apartments, it's something different. However, the apartment needs some refurbishment which I hope Bora will do soon.

I had a great stay at this flat in Bishkek. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by trees, which made for a very peaceful and relaxing environment. The flat itself was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was super helpful and responsive, making check-in easy and offering support throughout our visit.

地理位置优越，楼下有两层门禁，十分安全，附近有药店和超市，配套也是不错的。房东非常热情，入住时会来接待，并介绍屋内设施。房子面积还是蛮大的，配套齐全。期待下次再来！
