Important to note, is that this apartment also has a floor heating system, practical for the winter months. It's a 5 min walk to the beach or to the shops and restaurants of the port of Sotogrande.

In the summer months there is a community pool. The La Hacienda Alcaidesa Links golf resort has 2 golf courses, Heathland and the Links course, which was completely renovated in 2022. There is WiFi, Air conditioning and TV.

Alcaidesa Beach is one kilometer away and Acqua Shopping Center is five hundred meters away, where there are supermarkets and restaurants. The Alcaidesa Golf Course is less than two kilometers away. Sotogrande is fifteen minutes away . I ask for a photograph of an ID of all the tenants before arrival for the cheking.

Private beach access is a 2-minute walk from the house, and restaurants, bars, supermarket, and pharmacy are a 3-minute walk away. The pool will only be open July and August.
