The Apartment is placed in the fourth and last floor of a building with just three other neighbors (no Elevator), nicely furnished in sea & sailing style. It has lateral views to the Ocean and to the Cathedral.

New luxurious historic apartment near cathedral

This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.

Authentic Cadiz experience, historic centre

A 3 bedroom traditional apartment that has recently been lovingly refurbished. We kept its traditional charm but added high-end modern features. A large private patio creates a unique space within Cadiz's historic centre. It is our special retreat and we hope you love it as much as we do. Beach / main attractions / restaurants: within 5 min walk you will be able to stroll along the sea front, head to the shops or eat at amazing restaurants (we left a list of our favourites for you).

Lightfull, cozy, spacious flat in the town score

Apartment with 2 rooms with double beds of 160 x 2,00. Very bright and all exterior with 3 balconies to the street and corridor glazed, very quiet. It is on the 2nd floor and DOESN'T HAVE AN ELEVATOR, as usually happens in the old town. 5 minutes walking from the La Caleta beach, the central market and the most beautiful areas of Cádiz. There is a paid parking very close, in the old town you can not park. It has air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi and cable TV.
